now ... im not one to complain or rant in public... but this is fucking ridiculous.


Nicole- my mums best friend. My brothers god mother. Our family friend. My dads best friends ex wife. and a bloody amazing woman.

Nicole was married to my dads best friend. I have known her my whole life. Nicole and her husband split up after 13 years of marriage becos of infertileness...
a year later... Nicole fell pregnant to a douche bag ... and nine months later Georgia, the cutest little troublemaker ever. making her a single parent. 1 yearish ago. she was diagnosed with skin melanoma...after having a massive brain seizure... by that stage it was to late to guarantee recovery. She had over 10 secondary brain tumors. and given 6 months to a year to live.

Now 18 months later she is 38, and after steriods (horrible medications such as dex, weight fluctuation, chemo, unbearable headaches,she is holding on and wants nothing more than to see her daughter go to school.

Recently she was asked to sample... a trial drug, after the company to graciously donated for free. Now this drug isnt going to save her life, there is no chance, BUT... it WILL increase her quality of life, and pain control and possible increase to her life to see Georgia go to school.

For this new drug she needs an encologist to administer and sign off for it. Today she went to the hospital to attain said signature...
